1. Service Description: Our company specializes in providing transcription, video captioning, transcription edits, copywriting, and data entry services.
‍2. Ordering Process: Clients can place orders for services by contacting us through our Email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
‍3. Payment Terms: Payment for services is due after the completion of the work. We accept payment through various methods. But primarily via email Invoicing as specified on our website or communicated to the client.
‍4. Delivery of Services: Completed transcriptions, video captions, edits, copywriting, and data entry services will be delivered to clients through our Email.
.5. Refunds and Cancellations: Clients may cancel their orders within one day of placing them. Refunds are provided for canceled orders, subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are not provided for completed services unless there is a clear error on our part.
‍6. Confidentiality: We treat all client files and information with strict confidentiality. We do not share or disclose any client data without explicit consent, except as required by law.
‍7. Conditions and Work Reality: Our company strives to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee the suitability or accuracy of the transcriptions, video captions, edits, copywriting, and data entry services for any specific purpose.
‍8. Liability: Our company shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
